MRS TEMI DALLEY

Temi Dalley is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of exceptional performance in the HR
space. She has built core expertise in strategic leadership, business management, people
management, talent management, career development, transformational change, and project
management.
In her recent appointment as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer (Human Capital &
Corporate Services) at Sterling Financial Holdings Co. following the transition of Sterling Bank Plc
into a Holding Company, she is responsible for building and managing a competent workforce to
meet the growing demands of the workplace.
She leads a team of Human Capital and Corporate Services experts dedicated to creating an
enabling work environment in a highly demanding digital space. This effort has earned the bank
the prestigious Legendary Award by the Great Place to Work Institute for being recognized as a
Great Place to Work five years in a row.
Temi’s contributions to the HR industry have earned her accolades and recognition on a global
scale. She was named among the 101 Most Influential Global HR Leaders by the HRD World
Congress in 2018, she received the HR Leader of the Year award from the HR People Magazine
Awards in 2020 and was listed among the 122 Top Chief Human Resources Officers in 2022.
