leadership and strategy to drive growth and profitability in a Financial Inclusion Organization.
A seasoned Chartered Banker and Financial Expert with over 22 years which culminated her
experience in the banking industry with a proven track record of success in Retail and
Commercial Banking, leadership and Financial Management, in the course of her career, she
demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drives growth, profitability
and business successes. Possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to
motivate and inspire teams to achieve set goals
Recently appointed a Board Member in the capacity of Executive Director at FIC PROFESSIONAL
NETWORK PLC, an industry stakeholder owned organization established to take over and
continue the business of creating a pioneering professional agent network for the financial
inclusion ecosystem in Nigeria. Prior to joining the group, she was the Founder/CEO of ATHROL
EMPOWERMENT INITIATIVE a female inclined business set up for empowering the financially
excluded at the lower pyramid in the retail food sector. She possesses the following academic
qualifications; Bsc. (Business Studies), MBA (Business Administration), Chartered Banker MBA
(Scotland) and a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB) and Fellow of the
Enterprise Risk Management ). An Elected and current serving Council Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and has been an active member of Association of Professional Women Bankers in the
capacity of the 1st Vice Chairman. A member of the Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
